//PROCESSING//

All orders generally take 2-3 business days after first 24 hours that order is made or payment is cleared. All orders are made to order. If you have a specific date that you need your order, please give us a call to ensure that you will receive your package in time or to discuss expresss shipping options.

 

//EXCHANGES/RETURNS//

All NRODA products are returnable/exchangeable within the first week that the order received according to our initial tracking information.

Your payment will be returned to you as a NRODA store credit.

Please email us at info@nroda.com with "return" or "exchange" in the subject line to request a return authorization number.

1. Box up the item with all original packaging.

2. Enclose the emailed return form inside the box.

3. Reference your RA# that is given with this form.

4. Return the package through a carrier of your choice.

5. Email us the tracking number of your shipment.

 

Please note: Customers are liable and responsible for the safe return and cost of shipping of merchandise. Packages returned not in original state/condition will be subject to adjusted credit or no credit.

 

NRODA will process and pay for the label to return your exchange back to you.

 

Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if the customer contacts NRODA after the first week of receipt.

//REPAIR SERVICES//

In need of a repair? Just let us know! Please do not try to repair your sunnies yourself as you may cause damage to the lens or adornments unnecessarily. There is no fee for repairs.

What qualifies for repair?

  1. Damage to adornments: missing stones, adornment fell off/broken
  2. missing nose pad
  3. screw missing from arm (with arm available and not damaged)

Please email us at info@nroda.com to request a return authorization number.

For damage beyond the repairs listed above: Your item requires replacement. In the first year of ownership of your item you will be invoiced for 50% of the cost of your item. To buy into our 2-year warranty program for coverage at 20% payment, please contact info@nroda.com

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR THE PROVIDED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
