STORE POLICY

//PROCESSING//
All orders generally take 7-10 business days after first 24 hours that order is made or payment is cleared. Generally all orders are made to order and need to account for design time. However, if the piece is in stock complete, we will mail it out 24 hours after the order is made or payment is cleared.

//EXCHANGES/RETURNS//
All TNEMNRODA products are returnable/exchangeable within the first week that the order received according to our initial tracking information.

Your payment will be returned to you as a TNEMNRODA store credit. This credit is valid for a lifetime and may be awarded to you in a gift code, if preferred. You may re-gift this code to another customer however codes must be used completely in one order.

We will email you with a USPS return label and return authorization number to write on the outside of your package. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order is packaged securely so that it is received intact. Items received with damages incurred during transit will not be eligible for full return.

Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if the customer contacts Tnemnroda after the first week of receipt.

//REPAIR SERVICES//

In need of a repair? Just let us know! Please do not try to repair your sunnies yourself as you may cause damage to the lens or adornments unnecessarily. There is no fee for repairs. We will even send you a return label!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR THE PROVIDED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
